There is always someone at The Clearinghouse to greet you if you call between Monday-Saturday, from 8AM and 6PM, Pacific Time

Where can you deliver these products?

We can deliver gift baskets to all 50 states--any place UPS or Fed Ex goes, your gift will go. Your gift will not be delivered to a post office address. If you would like the gift delivered to a business be sure to be very specific with the business address by including a suite, floor or building number if such is included in the business's formal address.

Can I get confirmation that my order has been received and shipped?

You will receive three confirmations: 1/ when received, 2/ when shipped, and 3/ when delivered

Besides shipping, are there any additional costs?

Yes, only if the gift basket is ordered by a resident of California and the recipient resides in California. The additional costs will include your state sales tax. Also, if the gift basket selections include any perishable item (fruit/flowers) or alcohol, then a $10 special handling fee will be charged for personal delivery.
